At DMS EXPO in Cologne you will once again find the entire spectrum of software-supported solutions that help you keep a clear overview of all your important information, files, and procedures — and to view them on your monitor as needed. The fair will offer roughly 100 presentations, panel discussions and workshops in the trade fair hall and in the adjacent Congress Centre. Open to all, these events will provide an introduction to the topics and show the benefits you can gain from such solutions.

At three different conference stages right in the trade fair hall, you will be able to take advantage of a wide range of top-class, practice-oriented presentations, keynote speeches and discussions which are open to all.

At the Vertical Spot, Competence Spot and the VOI Forum, IT experts and professional users will give talks on and discuss several aspects of electronic information and document management.

The Mail Processing Competence Centre presented by the Association for Organisation and Information Systems (VOI) at DMS 2008 will once again demonstrate how all your company’s incoming mail can be easily digitised and then sent from department to department without any problems.

In the adjoining Congress Centre North, on the first day of the fair, people in charge of organisation and IT at municipal institutions will be informed about the current implementation of the EU Services Directive.

For the third time, Koelnmesse will be presenting an Innovation Award for new products and services related to document and enterprise content management technologies.

The award will honour ideas that you as a registered visitor have voted as especially extraordinary and that have been demonstrably put into practice before DMS 2008 takes place.
